I love spending time in schools, talking to children about writing, and encouraging reading. I have developed some talks and workshops, but am equally happy to rustle up something new for your school.
Generally speaking, I charge for visits in line with advice from the Society of Authors, but, I also know that school budgets are getting increasingly tight. What you want, when you want it and how many books I can expect to sell can all factor into what I need to charge.
